“A baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bankroll smaller, home happier, clothes shabbier, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for.”

“A new baby is like the beginning of all things – wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities.” – Eda J. Le Shan

This is a personal post that I always wanted to bring up but I was too self-conscience of my imperfections and at the time I thought my husband didn’t capture everything I wanted in the photos… But you know what? I will never get this time back again so I am thankful to have moments like this captured to cherish for years & years. My husband definitely captured the moment, regardless of it being out of focus :). So, I thought it would be a great time now to share with the world on how beautiful my labor was – 7 months later. Haha. Not everyone knows, obviously, but I had a emergency c-section with my daughter; it was a fast procedure so I didn’t get to experience the whole painful yet beautiful ordeal that I got to with my son. I won’t go into detail but words cannot describe the experience, the love between you and your baby, and your spouse… it’s a very intimate time during a birth of a new baby. Mom and Dad’s, you know the feeling. If I have anymore children, I’m going to find a birthing photographer to capture it for me. I would encourage you to do it too! I would love to capture moments like this for other women if the clinics / birth centers allowed it in Rochester, MN – I’ll have to do some research. :)

*A lot of people do ask and some may even call me a ‘young’ mother but to me all mother’s are the same regardless of age. I’m just a Mom.  There is no “young” before it. Just Mom. My kids have formed me into a great mother (I only hope I am the best mom in the world to them, lol) and they will only teach me more throughout the years! I don’t regret my life experiences at all. Cheers to a beautiful birth experience and miracle! Xo.
