So yes… I forgot again but I am doing my best to keep up with my promises to myself. I thought about doing two makeover monday’s but I figured it might be boring as I haven’t had time to test out new techniques and what not so it is just regular post-processing steps. So anyway, I hope you all are having a terrific Tuesday < so corny ;) Thanks for stopping by!!

This is Leah! A childhood friend as well as a high school classmate. We had the chance to get together and I can definitely say I had SO much fun. I’ll be posting up Leah’s set right after my MM post – so look out for this beautiful face!

This was shot with a Canon Mark 5D II – Canon 50mm 1.4.

I honestly have been trying to keep my tones consistent with each set + my photography style but I find that the way I edit each set brings out the story or look I want … so I don’t really have a “set” photography editing style (if you’re wondering). I brought the red tones out of Leah’s set and brought a vintage tone / yellows & magenta tones into it. I ALWAYS use curves and selective coloring. If you haven’t played around much with those, I suggest you give it a go… you’ll be surprised with your results – if you do it right & don’t OVER do it. This photo, I did little blemish removal because Leah has such awesome skin. I mainly dodged and burned over certain areas that I wanted to stand out as well as her hair. I also burned the background so it would stand out more. That is pretty much it … I’ll be giving out the free action I created with this set. If you’re interested in trying it out, let me know!
